Kirkeya Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to Kirkeya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Kirkeya ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Kirkeya platform, including the website at kirkeya.com, the Kirkeya mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account on Kirkeya, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Kirkeya platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Kirkeya platform.

Kirkeya is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. We offer sports betting, live casino games, slots, and other gaming products. These Terms apply to all products and services available on the Kirkeya platform unless a specific product has its own supplementary terms, in which case both sets of terms apply.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a Kirkeya account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Kirkeya operates a strict 18+ policy and takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold Kirkeya accounts.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using your account. Each account must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Kirkeya employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from Kirkeya or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Kirkeya reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one Kirkeya account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your Kirkeya account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your details change, you must update them promptly through the Mine section of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Kirkeya login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Kirkeya will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Account sharing is not permitted — your account is for your personal use only.
• Kirkeya may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at Kirkeya's discretion.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Kirkeya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad — the two most widely used mobile payment platforms in Bangladesh. All transactions on Kirkeya are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Kirkeya does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount on Kirkeya is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Kirkeya reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where enhanced due diligence is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Kirkeya is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Kirkeya aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any verification requirements applicable to your account.

• Deposits are credited to your Kirkeya account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals require your account to be fully verified before processing. Unverified accounts may experience delays.
• Kirkeya does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited into your Kirkeya account may only be withdrawn once any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Kirkeya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder are not permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Kirkeya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all Kirkeya bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Kirkeya account separately from your real-money balance and must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for Kirkeya bonuses is 10x the bonus amount, unless a different requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses that have not been wagered within this period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only bets placed on eligible games and markets count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — this will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Kirkeya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.

Kirkeya's loyalty programme automatically awards points on every qualifying bet. Points accumulate toward five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each offering progressively better rewards including cashback rates, withdrawal speed upgrades, and exclusive bonus offers. 06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Kirkeya are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game on which the bet is placed. Kirkeya's betting rules are designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent. Where a dispute arises regarding the settlement of a bet, Kirkeya's decision is final.

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified Kirkeya account holders with sufficient funds in their account balance at the time the bet is placed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by Kirkeya, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Kirkeya reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of irregular activity.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, Kirkeya reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a technical error or otherwise — will be voided.
• Kirkeya settles all bets based on official results from the relevant governing body. Where no official result is available, Kirkeya will use its reasonable judgement to determine the outcome.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kirkeya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on Kirkeya, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Kirkeya platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Kirkeya platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner that exploits Kirkeya's pricing.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games or poker.
• Using the Kirkeya platform while self-excluded or while subject to any other restriction on gambling activity.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the Kirkeya platform — including but not limited to the Kirkeya name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game content, and data — is the property of Kirkeya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Kirkeya platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Kirkeya platform without our prior written consent.

09 Limitation of Liability

Kirkeya provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is reliable, fast, and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• Kirkeya is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Kirkeya's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your Kirkeya account at the time the claim arises.
• Kirkeya is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to prohibited conduct.
• Kirkeya is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10 Privacy

Kirkeya collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the Kirkeya platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Kirkeya uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. 11 Account Termination

You may close your Kirkeya account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

Kirkeya reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Kirkeya has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You have opened multiple accounts in violation of these Terms.
• Kirkeya is required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period and Kirkeya has been unable to contact you.

Where Kirkeya closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in your account may be forfeited. Kirkeya will notify you of the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

12 Changes to These Terms

Kirkeya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Kirkeya platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Kirkeya platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
